of Deliberate Creation and A New Beginning II |

Book clubs are
everywhere! This book discussion is like a book club, but will focus
on subjects related to total well-being. Our goal is to develop a
forum for a discussion of books which stimulate thought on the topics of
well-being, be that physical, personal, spiritual, environmental or
otherwise. For example, the books might be biographies of spiritual
leaders, creativity books, personal growth, meditation or yoga books.

The
first book discussed is
A New Beginning II
by Jerry and Esther Hicks. Jerry
and Esther Hicks have been teaching their 'Abraham' materials known as the
Science of Deliberate Creation for about twenty years now, giving lectures
to packed houses all over the country on a continuous basis. |
The
fascinating thing about the Abraham materials is that they are never
advertised in magazines, and I have never seen their materials available
in bookstores-- although many books based on their material can be found
there. This book is available on Amazon.com (click below the
picture) or on the Abraham-Hicks website: www.abraham-hicks.com.
Their website offers a free CD (you pay only shipping and handling) or a
free online segment of a lecture in order to get an idea of their material
before purchasing.
I have found this book one of
the most thought provoking and life changing books that I have ever
encountered. The laws of the universe are stated in several simple
steps, with practical suggestions for incorporating the principles into
your daily life.
Some ideas on areas of
discussion include the following:
1. How have you observed the
Law of Attraction in your life?
2. What do you think is
the best process for raising your vibration?
3. How do you make time
in your life for deliberate creation?
4. What challenges have
you overcome using the Law of Allowing?
To participate in the
discussion, please respond to the following questions-- remember any of
your responses are optional, but do add interest to the discussion.
